Customer Services 9267 9267 To improve our level of service in our vast region, the City has five Customer Advocates at various sites. Customer Advocates are responsible for the inspection and maintenance of City infrastructure assets, from parks to parking facilities. Having our Customer Advocates based throughout the community means faster response times than having all staff based at our Midland Administration Centre. The Customer Advocates will liaise with you regarding requests for service and ensure timely feedback on the progress of your request from initial contact until the work is satisfactorily completed. In addition Customer Advocates undertake inspections, surveillance and reporting on City infrastructure assets to proactively identify maintenance requirements.
