BMX

There are a number of BMX tracks located around the City of Swan. Many have been designed by local young people.

Ballajura - Kingfisher Reserve

Cnr Kingfisher Ave & Illawarra Crescent (behind Ballajura Aquatic Centre)

A compact track designed with jumps suitable for beginners to medium level riders and upwards.

Bullsbrook - Pickett Park

Maroubra Ave (next to the hall)

Students from Bullsbrook District High School were involved in the design and construction of this circuit track. Suitable for riders of medium level and upwards. The track design also includes an area with small practice jumps for beginners and younger riders.

Barker Rd, Sth Guildford

This track was designed entirely by local young people, with local businessman, Destry Schrock, playing a large role in organising the development of the track, and in getting a qualifying round of the Xtreme Games held there in November 2000.

West Bullsbrook

Cnr Muchea South Rd and West Rd

A compact track designed with jumps suitable for beginners to medium level riders.

Stratton

A compact track designed with jumps suitable for beginner level riders.

SKATE PARKS

The City of Swan has installed a series of ‘semi-mobile’ skate modules in a number of areas throughout the City, to meet the needs of young people in local communities.

Each skatepark includes a variety of pieces that cater for beginners through to more skilled skaters.

Altone Park

Benara Rd, Beechboro (next to Stand by Me Youth Centre & Altone Park Leisure Centre)

The largest of the City of Swan’s skate facilities. Features a large skating surface and ‘snakerun/spoon drain’, as well as:
