5.1 Cr Zannino disclosed an interest affecting impartiality in Item 15.2 of Part A (Proposed Sand Extraction Operation Facility - Lot 5892 Maralla Road, Bullsbrook) as he is related to one of the owners.

5.2 Cr Haynes declared a financial interest in Item 3.7 of Part B (Concurrent Amendment of Local Planning Scheme No. 17 with Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment for the lifting of 'Urban Deferred' in Caversham - Lots 213, Pt 214 & 216 Patricia Street and Pt Lot 215 West Swan Road) by virtue of a donation to her election campaign by the Applicant.

5.3 Mr Tan disclosed an interest affecting impartiality in Item 3.8 of Part B Proposed Showroom, Warehouse, Storage Units & Gym - Lot 43 & Lots 1, 2, 3, 6 & Lots 25-41 (No. 7) Clayton Street, Bellevue. It was noted that Mr Tan had no involvement in the preparation of the Report to Council.

5.4 Cr Trease disclosed an interest affecting impartiality in Item 4.1 of Part B (Request for support - Rainbow Lorikeet Declared Species Group) by virtue of being President of the Grape Growers' Association of Western Australia.

5.5 Cr Congerton declared a financial (proximity) interest in Item 7.1 of Part B (Council Advocacy Priorities 2010) during the meeting when Cr McNamara requested aged care facilities, especially in Ballajura, be added to the list of priorities.
