5.1 Cr Jones declared a financial interest in Item 1.2 of Part B (Public Open Space Residential Areas Pol-C-112) by virtue of a business relationship between his employer and interested parties in this development.

5.2 Cr Jones declared a financial interest in Item 3.8 of Part B (Vale Village 'A' Detailed Site Plan - Lot 9011 Gnangara Road, Aveley) by virtue of a business relationship between his employer and interested parties in this development.

5.3 Cr Zannino declared a financial interest in Item 9.1 of Part B (Proposed change in use - Tenancy 74 Midland Gate Shopping Centre) by virtue of his business partner owning land adjacent to the shopping centre. Cr Zannino is also a Board Member of the Midland Redevelopment Authority.

5.4 Mr Foley declared a financial interest in Item 3.1 of Part C (Requests for annual leave - Chief Executive Officer).

9.1.2 Petition containing 48 signatures of nearby residents complaining about environmental problems associated with the poultry farm located in Cheltenham Street, West Swan.
